Execution in Indiana
On Friday, October 10, the State of Indiana executed Roy Ward at the Indiana State Penitentiary in Michigan City. Ironically, the execution took place in the early morning hours of World Day Against the Death Penalty, a day that is meant to unify the global abolitionist movement and mobilize action against capital punishment.
The Indiana Abolition Coalition (IAC) stands against Ward’s and all executions. We urge you to send letters to your elected officials asking them to stop all executions in Indiana.
